Another villain will make life difficult for the Team Flash after "Independence Day: Resurgence" star Joey King was cast as the meta-human named Magenta in "The Flash" season 3.

According to ComicBook, Magenta is a teen with a troubled past. Also known as Frances "Frankie" Kane, King's character is described as a meta-human who is an expert in mental control. However, using her powers has a dangerous side effect that could wake up her evil alter ego named Magenta.

The report also mentioned that Magenta is part of the evil team known as the Rogues, but she will not be the only member of the villainous team who will challenge Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and the rest of the Team Flash in season 3. It was also revealed that Dr. Alchemy (voiced by Tobin Bell) and the Mirror Master (Grey Damon) will be introduced in the upcoming episodes.

Another villain who will wreak havoc in Central City is the female version of the Top, who will be portrayed by "Awkward" star Ashley Rickards.

E! News revealed that Rickards' character, Rosalind "Rosa" Dillon, has the ability to make people's head spin. She will also be Mirror Master's partner in committing crime all over the Central City.

Meanwhile, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told Entertainment Weekly that there is a possibility to see the Black Flash (Teddy Sears) return to "The Flash" season 3.

"We love working with Teddy [Sears]. He's such an amazing actor and amazing person, and was so much a part of the success of this show last season," Kreisberg said. "There aren't any immediate plans for that, but you can't keep a good Black Flash down, so I'm sure we'll be seeing him in the future."

Wentworth Miller will also reprise his role as Captain Cold when "The Flash" returns to The CW for season 3 on Oct. 4.
