A new featurette for the next episode of "The Flash" season 2 has been released.

Based on the latest promo teaser for the episode titled "Escape from Earth-2" posted on ComicBook.com, the Flash/Barry (Grant Gustin) will assure Dr. Wells' (Tom Cavanagh) daughter Jesse (Violett Beane) that they will get her out of Zoom's (voiced by Tony Todd) lair. But it does not seem to be an easy task.

"I'm here with your dad. We're gonna get you out of here, I promise," The Flash tells the scared and confused Jesse in the clip. However, Zoom appears and says, "It's not wise to to make promises you can't keep."

Executive producer Aaron Helbing explained how the members of Earth-1's STAR Labs could break The Flash and Jesse out of Zoom's prison.

"At the end of episode 13, Zoom has captured Barry. They (Earth-1 Cisco and Earth-2 Harry) don't know where Zoom's lair is," Helbing says in the featurette. "They don't know how to find him, so they turn to CSI, Earth-2 Barry Allen to lead the way. He's a bit uptight. But you see how skillful he is, and resourceful, and you understand his and Iris' relationship -- it all makes sense in this episode."

In the upcoming episode, Earth-2 Iris (Candice Patton) reveals that Zoom was the one responsible for the death of her father, Earth-2 Joe West (Jesse L. Martin). This is the reason why she is very determined to help the visitors from Earth-1 defeat the bad guy once and for all.

Episode 14 will also reveal the real relationship between Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) Earth-2 alter ego Killer Frost and Zoom. In an interview with MTV News, Panabaker said that the villains have a history together.

"There is some history between Zoom and Killer Frost, and you will get to learn about that in the next couple of episodes," the actress said.

"The Flash" season 2 episode 14 airs Tuesday, Feb. 16, on The CW.
