'The Blacklist' season 3 episode 18 spoilers: Liz's unborn baby in grave danger in 'Mr. Solomon: Conclusion'

Mr. Solomon catches up with Liz and Tom in "The Blacklist" season 3 episode 18. NBC

NBC promises to deliver the "the greatest shock of all" in "The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18, titled "Mr. Solomon: Conclusion," which directly continues the gripping events in episode 17.

Cabal's leader Mr. Solomon is not happy about Tom leaving and betraying the organization. Along with a bunch of his men, Solomon crashes the wedding and gives the blushing bride and groom the gift of disaster.

As seen in the promo for "The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18, Tom and Liz manage to escape in a car but not entirely from danger. The two are pursued by Solomon's men on board another vehicle.

Things take a much darker turn when Liz and Tom's car slams hard into a truck, putting their lives in jeopardy. "The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18 promo then cuts into a scene in the ER, where Red is informed by the doctor that Liz will lose the baby if he doesn't perform an emergency C-section.

From the looks of it, though, Liz's body will not be able to handle such a procedure. The complication of the situation worries Red. Thinking about how Liz and her baby, whom he worked to protect all his life, makes him anxious.

This won't be the only thing Red will have to go through in "The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18. The whole task force will depend on him and his "unconventional" methods of survival after one of the team members gets in a life-threatening situation.

The Cabal, on the other hand, will stop at nothing to get to Tom and the people he cares about. If he wants a life with Liz or at least loves her enough to keep her safe or altogether out of his deadly dealings, he should clean up the mess he made before more people get hurt.

However, from how Red looked like in the last seconds of "The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18 promo, Tom might not even get that chance to make things right with his family.

"The Blacklist" season 3, episode 18 "Mr. Solomon: Conclusion" airs April 14 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
