After the exhilarating events that happened during the episode titled "Mr. Solomon," more nerve-wracking scenes are coming up in the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3.

In the previous episode, Liz (Megan Boone) and Tom's (Ryan Eggold) wedding day was suddenly interrupted when Red (James Spader) and the FBI tried to get hold of Mr. Solomon (Edi Gathegi), who had broken out of prison to abduct Liz through a shootout.

The bride- and groom-to-be managed to escape the bloody shootout in the church where they were to get married. But its seems like Mr. Solomon's schemes are not yet over, since the trailer of the upcoming episode, titled "Mr. Solomon: Conclusion," reveals that Liz and Tom's unborn child will be in danger.

Based the promo trailer for the episode, the still-unmarried couple will get into a car accident after running for their lives. But Liz and the baby will be in graver danger, which leaves the doctors with no choice but to perform an emergency Caesarian delivery procedure to prevent the unborn child from dying.

Red appears to be deeply worried about the situation.

"Look at her lying there in this barbaric situation with her child's life at risk, everything is not fine," he says in the trailer. However, the trailer does not reveal if Liz and her child will be able to survive their unexpected situation.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"The task force depends on Red's unconventional methods to survive when tragedy puts a team member in grave danger; an unexpected complication could affect the future of Tom and Liz's baby."

This could mean that more bloodshed will happen between Mr. Solomon's team versus Red and the FBI. But will the viewers find out who really hired Mr. Solomon to capture Liz?

"The Blacklist" season 3 episode 18 airs Thursday, April 14, on NBC.
