The next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3 titled "The Vehm" will see Liz in front of a big decision. After the shocking revelation about her pregnancy, the former FBI agent tries to figure out how she can raise her baby with Tom in a safe and sound place.

Liz realizes that her dangerous way of life will not be good for her child. The promo for the installment sees her man propose a solution, which is to run away to a place far from all the chaos and eventually out of Red's reach.

"We can get away from him," Tom tells Liz in "The Blacklist" season 3 promo. However, everybody knows that it won't be a wise decision for Liz to stay away from the only person that could protect her from the murderous entities after her.

Even Red knows this very well. "I cannot protect you if you run away," Red reminds Liz. During the course of Liz's fugitive life, Red managed to keep her safe and alive. But with the Cabal still hounding her, Liz's life is still at stake.

What's worse is that there's a new sinister bloc on the prowl. The synopsis for the next "The Blacklist" season 3 teases that a group of vigilantes from the Middle Ages has started to cast their shadow on the city after a taking a long hiatus.

The "resurrection" of the killer group that will be eventually known as The Holy Vehm was confirmed after a victim was brutally killed by a rare medieval torture device. Before more deaths occur, Red springs into action to stop the group with Liz.

Going back to Liz's big decision, whatever she chooses at the end of the day will definitely change the course of her life forever. While starting a family with Tom sounds great, this may not be the right time yet.

Liz must remember that she can't let her family live in fear. The same goes for Tom. So their best bet is to bring down the Cabal first. Should Liz choose to do that, viewers will know when "The Blacklist" season 3 episode 12 airs Jan. 28 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
