New relationship breakthroughs will be discovered in the next episode of "The Big Bang Theory" season 10.

In the episode titled "The Fetal Kick Catalyst," Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) will finally feel the kick of their unborn baby for the first time. This could be an exciting moment for the parents-to-be.

But while the Wolowitzes experience a new milestone in their relationship, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) will continue adjusting to their new set-up as a couple living under one roof.

In the previous episode, Amy complained to Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) about Sheldon's tendency to be controlling at home. According to Amy, Sheldon would not allow her to store her toothbrush together with his. Sheldon, on the other hand, threatened Amy that they should just call off their relationship if she will not abide by his rules.

Penny and Leonard decided to step in to help their friends fix their relationship. While Howard was left with Amy in their home, Penny took Sheldon in an ice cream parlor to help him cool off and think straight before making any decisions.

As Penny reminded him how he changed for the better when Amy came into his life, Sheldon revealed the reason why he has to knock three times whenever entering a room in his house. According to Sheldon, he accidentally found his father and another woman in bed inside his parents' bedroom when he was still in college. From then on, he began knocking first before he could enter a room, even in his own house.

After Penny successfully made Sheldon realize that he does not have to end things ultimately with Amy, he decided to soften his rules a little and allowed her to put her toothbrush together with his in the same container. According to Blasting News, the upcoming episode will feature how the couple will spend time together during a brunch at home.

The next episode of "The Big Bang Theory" season 10 will air in a new schedule. Instead of airing the show on a Monday, CBS will start airing the episodes every Thursday, beginning with episode 6 on Oct. 27.
