Executive producer Jeff Davis has revealed that an actor will say his final goodbye to Beacon Hills after the finale of "Teen Wolf" season 5.
During the 2015 New York Comic Con earlier this month, Davis revealed that Dylan O'Brien may no longer reprise his role as Stiles in the future installments of MTV's teen supernatural drama.
According to Davis, he is already prepared in case the day comes when Dylan will opt to quit the show after season 5 even if the fans are not prepared to see their favorite Stiles leave the show in the near future. "I know, but Dylan's such a movie star these days. I think I might have to prepare myself to lose him at some point. They might have to lose me at some point," the series executive producer told Forbes during the NYCC 2015.
But before Styles leaves the series, Davis also shared with Hollywood Life that fans will see a very important "Stydia" moment with Lydia (Holland Roden) when the second half of "Teen Wolf" season 5 returns in January.
It has been quite a while since Stiles and Lydia realized that they have feelings for each other after they were friends for a long time. But fans could finally see a new development in their relationship when the season begins its second half.
Stiles has had feelings for Lydia for quite a long time already, which is why the fans of the series are already looking forward to the two to beginning something more that a casual driving date.
"I think it's definitely going to be a pretty epic moment in this two-part episode of 515 and 516," Davis exclusively told the Hollywood Reporter. "I don't want to tease too much because we want it to be surprising, but it will satisfy certain fans I hope. Maybe piss off many others, but that always happens."
