The next fighter to join the "Street Fighter 5" roster via downloadable content or DLC will reportedly be Urien, who will serve as the final DLC character for the game.

No release date has been revealed for Urien yet, but it is believed that the character will finally be playable sometime this month.

Urien is currently part of the cinematic mode of "Street Fighter 5," but he is not an official member of the roster. Also, reportedly impeding his entrance are the issues that emerged in the game.

Due to the unexpected technical issues, developer Capcom spent time making repairs. It is unclear if this affected the timing of the launch of Urien to the "Street Fighter 5" roster.

Today, Capcom will once again perform server maintenance from 1 p.m. PT to 7 p.m. PT. Whether or not this has to do with preparing "Street Fighter 5" for Urien's addition remains to be seen.

Capcom also previewed the upcoming goodies coming to the game next month. "We have another big update containing new features in the pipeline for next month, so we wanted to give you a sneak preview of all the cool things to come in September," the company wrote on its blog.

A Double Fight Money event, a VS CPU Option and premium costumes are just some of the good stuff Capcom has in store for the month of September.

Meanwhile, Capcom remains mum about Urien's inclusion to the "Street Fighter 5" roster, but the company has been very active lately in dealing with rage-quitting in the game.

The studio has grown harsher in dealing with rage quitters and has now implemented a much stricter rule and penalty to those who continue to leave the game unceremoniously when on the verge of a loss to keep their record clean.

"Since the initial Rage Quitting system rollout, we have seen a rapid decrease in rage quitting players, and we believe that this new update will reduce that number even further," the company wrote.

"That being said, we're still working on implementing a new, more robust system that will address the issue more completely by early next year," Capcom went on to write.
