After announcing that "Orange Is the New Black" star Uzo Aduba will lend her voice in a two-part special for "Steven Universe" season 3, fans are already speculating if her character Bismuth will be a friend or a villain.

Bismuth was part of the Crystal Gems, but she was poofed and bubbled by Rose Quartz when the she proved that she does only whatever she wants, including shattering gems. But despite being left by Rose at the Lion's Dimensions, she is still determined to help the Crystal Gems win the war against the Homeworld Gems.

Aduba's character was introduced in the episode titled "Bismuth," but her real objectives after being reunited with the other Crystal Gems have yet to be revealed. Will she prove herself as a trusted ally, or will she make Rose Quartz pay for detaining her at the Lion's Dimension? "Nobody's more Crystal Gem than I am," Bismuth angrily told Steven in the previous episode. She also showed the new secret weapon that she created for the Gem War. Does it mean that she is out to prove that she is better than Rose?
