"Steven Universe" season 3 last aired in May with an episode called "Steven Floats." After that, details have been difficult to come by on what's next on the series until today.

An alleged promo for "Steven Universe" season 3, episode 7, titled "Too Short to Ride," is now making the rounds online.

Right off the bat, it does not show much in terms of what will happen in the upcoming "Steven Universe" episode, but should be enough to slake the "Steve Universe" drought.

The "Steven Universe" season 3, episode 7 promo shows Peridot holding a screen while doing strange motions reminiscent to that of the "Power Rangers."

She then tells Steven that she was "[harnessing] the power of your interlocking fabric strips." Steven then says in reply, "Good thing I grew out of those shoes."

Apart from the promo, a screenshot from "Steven Universe" season 3, episode 7 was also leaked. This adorable image shows Peridot hugging an alien.

As far as the air date of this installment is concerned, Cartoon Network is yet to provide the details on that. However, "Steven Universe" season 3 is expected to be back this month at the earliest.

This is because the "Summer of Steven" event for the series was promised to commence this month and run until August. The month is almost over but no information has been given.

Up to now, there remain no updates on when "Steven Universe" season 3 returns. Fans now expect that the "Summer of Steven" event will take place next month.

Hopefully, more details about the air date of upcoming "Steven Universe" season 3 episodes will be revealed by Cartoon Network in the coming days.

For now, fans will have to do with the leaked teasers and screenshots as well as the theories and speculations on what "Too Short to Ride" will be all about.
