"Star Wars Battlefront 2" was recently leaked on Amazon U.K. and listed for a launch late next year.

The listing also revealed it will be priced at £59.99 and will be available on the PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One, which is not much of a surprise.

Before that, "Star Wars Battlefront 2" was already revealed at the Electronic Arts or EA Play. According to Venture Beat, content from Disney's new "Star Wars" movies will be included.

That being said, "Star Wars Battlefront 2" will finally allow fans to experience "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," the blockbuster film that took cinemas by storm last December.

Disney has been on a roll with "Star Wars" films. There are all sorts of spinoffs as well such as the "Star Wars: A Rogue One Story," although it is unknown if it will be featured.

Fans can expect more "Star Wars" games to integrate new films as part of EA's 10-year deal with Disney, giving them access to characters and all things in the "Star Wars" big screen to some extent.

"Star Wars has been a phenomenal business partnership for us. It truly has - and I think in ways that we didn't even anticipate when we originally signed the deal," EA global publishing boss Laura Miele told GameIndustryBiz.

"The thing that has been so fulfilling and rewarding to us is that not only do we feel an obligation to this franchise and brand because we love it so much and we're such fans ourselves," she went on to say.

As far as gameplay is concerned, "Star Wars Battlefront 2," EA CFO Blake Jorgensen said that "it's almost unlimited in what you can do with it."

At the moment, the focus is on "Star Wars: Battlefront." The highly anticipated "Death Star" DLC for the game is set to be unveiled at the Star Wars Celebration scheduled July 15 to 17.
