The "Sense8" season 2 production once again brought the cast and crew to Chicago. There, more scenes were filmed and more details about the upcoming season were revealed.

In an interview with Chicago Sun Times, cast member Jamie Clayton, who plays the role of Nomi Marks in the hit Netflix series, teased what fans can expect in "Sense8" season 2.

"It's fast, it's mad, it's amazing, it's sexy, it's raw," Clayton described the upcoming season. "Oh my god, it's so many things. There's so much action," she went on to say.

Meanwhile, for Terrence Mann, who portrays the cluster's enemy Whispers, said that "Sense8" season 2 will somehow mirror the current problems and challenges that everyone faces from day to day.

"It's about difference, and how difference terrifies some people," Mann said. "Terrifies them to the point of acting and reacting in the most heinous and pernicious ways — and we're living in it right now," he went on to say.

Meanwhile, as fans already know, Aml Ameen was replaced by actor Toby Onwumere, who got the part and the whole process all in one week.

"I have the benefit of a season of information. It's a great research packet to have the whole first season there," the actor said. "I'm going to do my version of Capheus in season two," he promised.

"The cast also had nothing but praises for "Sense8" creator and director Lana Wachowski, who will be working without her sister Lilly for the first time in their professional career.

"Sense8" season 2 will follow the sensates as they attempt to finally defeat Whispers – all that while dealing with their complicated lives and romances.

However, they are now stronger as a team so it looks like Whispers' time will soon be over.

"Sense8" season 2 will indeed premiere on Christmas, and the remaining episodes will be released early next year on Netflix.
