'Secret of Mana' update: New game's price and system requirements revealed

The price and system requirements for the upcoming three-dimension (3D) remake of the game "Secret of Mana" are finally revealed on Steam.

According to the Steam page of the game, "Secret of Mana" is retailed at $40. The page also posted the minimum and recommended system requirements for the upcoming game. For the minimum requirements, they are as follows:  operating system (OS): Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 (64-bit); processor: Intel Core i3 2.4GHz; memory: 4 GB random-access memory (RAM); graphics: GeForce GT730 / RADEON R7 240; DirectX: Version 11; storage: 11 GB available space and resolution: 1280×720. For the recommended system requirements, on the other hand, they are as follows — OS: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 (64-bit); processor: Intel Core i5 2.00GHz; memory: 4 GB RAM; graphics: GeForce GTX 750 / RADEON R7 260X; DirectX: Version 11; storage: 11 GB available space and resolution: 1,920×1,080.

Steam outlined the key features of the upcoming game — custom downloadable wallpaper (sizes: 1024 x 768, 1280 x 1024, 1920 x 1080, 2560 x 1600), 3D graphics for the entire game, newly arranged musical score and an upgraded gameplay. The remake will also come with three downloadable contents (DLCs) — Moogle Suit (is an armor players can equip that can be used in the game to change the appearances of the characters), Tiger Two Piece (is an armor players can equip that can be used in the game to change the appearance of Primm) and Tiger Suit (is an armor players can equip that can be used in the game to change the appearances of Randi and Popoi).

"Secret of Mana" is a role-playing game originally released in 1993. The game follows the adventures of Randi (a young boy adopted by the Elder of Potos), Primm (a young girl) and Popoi (a sprite child)

"Secret of Mana" is set to release for PlayStation 4, PS Vita and Personal Computer (PC) on Feb. 16.
