This week on "Scandal" season 5, Abby will let out the bad girl in her all in the name of power and revenge. Titled "I See You," the upcoming episode sees the White House Press Secretary duel against Cyrus.

As shown in the "Scandal" season 5 promo, Abby seems to have discovered Cyrus's destructive self-interests that will get her in trouble and will render her life's work in the White House useless.

So before he gets the chance to put these plans to action, Abby will attempt to get ahead of her new rival by going after the Chief of Staff post in the next "Scandal" season episode.

This meant that she had to be a dirtier player than Cyrus. Simply put, she has to be prepared to do all sorts of bad things in order to get Cyrus out of his seat. Unfortunately, all this sounds like things the Abby fans came to know in "Scandal" can't do.

Abby has generally been the good girl as she did her best to always be upright. Most of the time, she just swallows the insults hurled at her and just focuses on getting the job done. But it looks like Abby will have a change of heart in the next "Scandal" season 5 episode.

In the promo, Olivia warns her that turning to the dark side means she has to stay there for good.

"Once you take the white hat off, there will be no turning back," Liv says to an apprehensive Abby.

Meanwhile, apart from trying to stray Abby away of her evil doom, Olivia will continue to spy on Jake. The "Scandal" season 5 promo shows that even Jake's intimate activities are caught on camera.

However, the clip suggests that he realized he was being watched. In fact, he might even know about it all along and is only taunting Olivia, who he knows is on the other end.

"Scandal" season 5 episode 14 "I See You" airs March 17 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
