It's that time of the year again when the San Diego Convention Center's Hall H gets filled with stars and fans alike in celebration of the San Diego Comic-Con. This year's SDCC has already commenced, and the first major activity in the 6,500-capacity venue is a special panel for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2."

This is the last film in "The Hunger Games" franchise, which constantly made a Comic-Con appearance since the first movie premiered in 2012. For their final appearance at the SDCC, the stars of the film, including Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, and Willow Shields, answered questions from those who managed to get inside the convention hall. They were joined by the film's director, Francis Lawrence.

The panel, hosted by Conan O' Brien, began with the latest action-packed trailer that was exclusively presented for the event. The crowd reportedly cheered loudly when Lawrence's character Katniss Everdeen shouted, "Turn your weapons to the Capitol! Turn your weapons to Snow!"

But unlike her character in the film who is guarded and cold-hearted, Lawrence charmed the panel participants with her wit. The actress confessed that "The Hunger Games" is a very important part of her life and career, and it will be hard for her to say goodbye to her character.

"I don't think I'll ever really say goodbye to Katniss. She's become a part of me," Lawrence said.

The actress also joked about how she, Hutcherson, and Hemsworth spent the last day of production after four films.

"There's no way of saying this that doesn't start rumors," the Oscar-winning actress shared, "but that night we held each other and slept like puppies."

This year's Comic-Con host O'Brien was equally hilarious. During the preview night held Wednesday, the late night show host announced his week-long presence with a funny video that spoofed "Mad Max: Fury Road."

O'Brien will also host the panels for big TV series like "Game of Thrones" and "The Walking Dead" on Friday, July 10. Disney and Lucasfilm are slated to present "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" on the same day.

The host also said that a surprise is brewing for Saturday, July 11. Hall H will be occupied by Warner Bros. to present "Batman v Superman." This will be followed by 20th Century Fox, which is scheduled to spend two hours inside the massive convention venue to talk about their future offering, which is believed to be "X-Men: Apocalypse" or "Deadpool."

The 2015 San Diego Comic-Con will conclude on Sunday, July 12.
