Samsung Galaxy S6 specs rumors leak: 'Project Zero' in development

Who would have thought that, right after the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and while the Galaxy S5 is faring well against its Android competitors,  the specs of the rumored Galaxy S6 will already surface online? 

Several sources disclosed the alleged Samsung Galaxy S6 specs to SamMobile yesterday, claiming that the new flagship phone is dubbed as "Project Zero" while it is in the development phase.

According to the "leaked" reports, the new smartphone will have a screen resolution with 1440 x 2560 pixel QHD. The exact size of the display is yet to be announced, probably because the manufacturers are still deciding about it at the moment.

The S6's camera might be copied from the Note 4, which has an IMX240 sensor. There is no news yet whether the primary camera will come in a 20-megapixel or 16-megapixel form, but the front-facing camera will probably be 5 megapixels just like the Galaxy Grand Prime and Galaxy A3. It is also expected that the new smartphone's camera will handle better low-light photography compared to the Galaxy Note 4.

Just like the two recent flagship phones from the South Korean brand, the alleged storage of Samsung's Galaxy S6 will come in 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB models, but the 16 GB model that the two new Samsung Galaxy models carry will reportedly not continue with the S6. The memory can also be expanded using a microSD that could handle up to 128 GB.

Under the hood, the S6 will allegedly have the Exynos 7420 octa-core 64-bit with four Cortex-A57 cores and four Cortex-A53 and a reported Samsung-developed LTE modem for the Korean and other selected markets. Those in North America, Europe, and other countries in Asia will have the Snapdragon 810 64-Bit CPU.

Also, SamMobile mentioned the alleged model numbers for the Samsung Galaxy S6 in different regions.  This includes the ones for the U.S., namely:
