Things did not turn out well for Shannon Beador's birthday during Monday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." After having a dismal 50th birthday dinner last year, Shannon chose to keep this year's celebration light and simple, with her husband David and their kids. However, it did not turn out the way she wanted it to be.
All she ever wanted was to see David exert extra effort in making her feel special during her birthday, especially after everything they went through last year. But David's efforts fell short, starting with his choice of venue. David took her and the kids to a sport bar/ pub which is not appropriate for the children. Shannon also complained about the short ribs served to her, as well as the Grey Goose with extra lime drink that she ordered because the limes were not squeezed into the drink.
Unfortunately, their kids had to see her disappointment during that dinner.
Meanwhile, the other housewives were in each other's throats during the same episode. Vicki Gunvalson was furiously mad at Meghan Edmonds for spreading rumors that her boyfriend Brooks Ayers is faking his cancer.
"Is she there when he had a 104 fever? Is she there while he's throwing up his insides? Is she there when he's shaking at night?" Vicki began to rant. "I'm there for him, shame on her. It's disgusting."
Because of her anger, Vicki begged off to join the girls at the NASCAR tour to avoid Meghan. However, she could not keep herself away from her after Heather Dubrow invited the housewives to visit the construction site of her new mansion. During that time, Vicki could not stop herself from lashing out in front of Meghan.
"Don't you ever question if he has cancer again, I'll take you down," Vicki angrily told Meghan. "I'm shaking right now because I am so upset with you, I can barely look at you."
Shortly after, Vicki's anger escalated when Meghan tried to explain herself, and the younger housewife also started to get mad and called Vicki an "old" and "bitter" woman.
Will these two ever patch things up?
