Summer is almost over, which means the expected early-November debut of the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season seven is getting closer. Rumors about who could possibly join the cast are starting to circulate in the grapevine.
Based on recent reports, the newest addition to the ever-growing number of reality show ladies is actress Demetria McKinney.
According to Reality Tea, McKinney is included in the "two new girls" that Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter Thomas divulged during an August interview.
The actress has been seen in Tyler Perry's "House of Payne" on TBS as well as other Tyler Perry productions.
The online article also reported that McKinney could cause a lot of drama on the set, especially with Kenya Moore.
McKinney is now dating Roger Bobb, one of the executive producers of the Rickey Smiley Show. Fans could recall that Moore was reportedly flirting heavily with Bobb last year, and unconfirmed reports say that they could have slept together at least once during that time. It could cause a lot of tension in the show now that McKinney and Bobb will have more chances to collide with each other.
Tamara Tattles, another RHOA star, reportedly said that Bobb would like to present himself as one of the hottest bachelors in Atlanta, but McKinney believes that she and Bobb are exclusively dating. He and Moore are reportedly still flirting with each other.
Of course, the show's producers are said to be playing up the conflict, trying to set the two girls apart so an epic blow-out will happen.
In other news, original cast member Cynthia Bailey addressed pregnancy rumors via Instagram. In one of her latest posts, Bailey posted her reaction after reading a report from Media Takeout that she and her husband are expecting their first child together. She just said that her tummy is just bloated, and she needs more sit-ups.
