The "Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward" special will air on Tuesday, which means that more details about the second half of season 6 will finally be revealed.

In a sneak peek at the Thanksgiving special of ABC's fan-favorite drama thriller, the cast and series executive producer Marlene King talk about what's in store for the Liars five years after the events that happened in the midseason finale.

"Alison (Sasha Pieterse) brings you guys back because she needs your help with Charlotte (Vanessa Ray)," King shared in the episode. "But an event occurs that forces you guys to stay in Rosewood, and, out of that event, a new big bad is born."

Troian Bellisario also revealed that her character Spencer and the rest of the Liars will start to receive new messages despite being away from Rosewood, and they all know that those messages were not sent by Charlotte. She also shared that there is a different vibe from the messages. However, the actress chose not to mention further details about the events that will happen when they return to Rosewood.

"This time it's no longer about, 'I'm going to expose some secret that you have,' or 'I'm going to ruin, like, your chances of getting the orchid scholarship,'" Bellisario stated. "It's paranoia, it's blackmail, it's a life-threatening situation."

Keegan Allen, who portrays the role of Spencer's love interest Toby, revealed that the new threat will be darker compared to what the girls experienced in the past six years. According to the actor, the new threat will no longer be the usual manipulation game. Instead, it will be something extra dark and twisted.

But King also teased that the story for "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B will not just be about having a new tormentor. Since this is "Pretty Little Liars," the executive producer revealed that more surprises are coming for the rest of the season.

"Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward" airs Tuesday, Nov. 24, on ABC Family, while the season 6B premiere will air on Jan. 12.
