The winter premiere of "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 took fans for a very crazy emotional ride, as exhilarating things started to unfold one after the other.
First off, Emily (Shay Mitchell) had to tearfully bid goodbye to Paige who will have to move to California upon orders of her parents. Although Emily tried to force her to stay, Paige already made up her mind to follow her parents' wishes.
Meanwhile, Aria (Lucy Hale) and Caleb had this devious plan to hack the website of a college that rejected her application. Using Mona's (Janel Parrish) laptop, they tried to find out if "A" had something to do with it. But Aria was attacked by "A" and took away the laptop.
Finally, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Toby (Keegan Allen) were ecstatic when they learned that she is finally off the hook from the accusations that she killed Bethany. The rest of the Liars, including Hanna (Ashley Benson), were also glad that Allison (Sasha Pieterse) is finally behind bars for the murder. But how long will their happiness last considering "A" is still roaming around Rosewood?
In "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 episode 15 titled "Fresh Meat," Spencer and Toby's relationship will be affected by a new discovery that he made at the police station. This new piece of evidence will prompt Toby to have a "moral gut reaction," which could earn the ire of Spencer.
Aside from the developments happening in the upcoming episode, series showrunner Marlene King also teased fans with a new detail about the events that will happen in the series. In response to a fan's question, King said that the mystery of Sarah Harvey's death will soon be uncovered.
"Yes you will find out what happened to Sarah Harvey. @AlmeidaRayanne #PLLChat #askmar," the series showrunner said via her Twitter account.
Sarah Harvey is the other girl from a nearby town who was also declared missing when Alison mysteriously disappeared in Rosewood. How would her story affect Aria, Spencer, Emily, Hanna, and even Alison?
