After all the misfortunes that happened to the Liars of Rosewood, "Pretty Little Liars" fans will finally find out who "A" is in the final episode of season 5. But before the "big reveal," Ali's (Sasha Pieterse) fate remains on the line as the verdict for the murder case filed against her comes in episode 24.

According to the episode's official synopsis that was posted by Wetpaint, "Alison's trial is coming to a close, and the outcome looks even more bleak when the prosecution calls a surprise witness that not only paints Alison in a bad light but also the PLLs and Mike (Cody Christian). Desperate to find any evidence or witness to save their friends, Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) race to find someone or something that can prove Ali's innocence and put an end to this nightmare."

The synopsis also mentioned that Aria's brother Mike is going to be in grave danger from the hands of "A" when he is called to testify for Ali, while Ezra (Ian Harding) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) offer opposing advices on what Mike should do to avoid danger.

Meanwhile, Hanna (Ashley Benson) remains behind bars in episode 24 titled "I'm a Good Girl, I Am," and she seems to be not pleased about her present situation based on the teaser promo for the episode.

Also, the teaser shows that the windshield of Caleb's car is struck with an arrow, and he and Ezra are in danger of being struck again as they spy at a certain place. Does this mean that "A" is now resorting to more violent attacks to stop the Liars?

Meanwhile, series creator Marlene King admitted in her Twitter account that fans who keep on guessing about "A's" identity are almost close to the truth.

"It's so hard for me to answer most of your questions without giving up the identity of "A." That's how close you are," King claimed

The penultimate episode of "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 airs March 17, while the season finale airs on March 24.
