'Pretty Little Liars' season 6 spoilers: Charles wants a birthday 'party to die for' in episode 7

Will the Liars decide together if they want to meet Charles or not? ABC Family

After all that has been said and done, Charles still has his family and the Liars wrapped around the palm of his hands.

Everyone in "Pretty Little Liars" is on high alert after Mr. DiLaurentis (Jim Abele) found a birthday card from Charles on his car's windshield. The supposedly dead brother of Jason (Drew Van Acker) and Alison (Sasha Pieterse) wrote that he is coming home for his birthday, and ordered his dad that he should plan "a party to die for." If that is not creepy enough, the estranged DiLaurentis offspring indicated that his father is the only one invited to that party. No wonder Mr. DiLaurentis wants to get out of Rosewood with his children before his eldest one returns.

According to the official synopsis for season 6 episode 7:

There are mixed emotions in the DiLaurentis household when Charles declares he is coming home for his birthday. Mr. DiLaurentis wants to quickly get out of town to hide Ali and Jason from their brother, while Jason sees this as an opportunity to finally validate all of the early childhood memories he has of 'Charlie.'"

But the DiLaurentises are not the only ones who are unsure of what to do if Charles would, indeed, return to Rosewood. The synopsis adds that the Liars have opposing views about his return. For Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario), this will be the perfect chance to put Charles behind bars from all the terrible things that he did to them in the past. But Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Aria (Lucy Hale) are afraid to be anywhere near him.

Will Charles really reveal himself in this episode, or is he just plotting another scheme to keep the Rosewood people at the edge of their seats?

Meanwhile, the promo for the episode shows that "A's" black hoodie returns, and it could cost Toby's (Keegan Allen) life.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode 7 titled "O Brother, Where Art Thou" airs Tuesday, July 21, on ABC Family.
