The TV adaptation of Diana Gabaldon's novels will finally air next month, and the promo for the second season of "Outlander" is on full blast.

Some cast members took to social media to describe what fans should look forward to when the historical fantasy drama returns for season 2, including newcomer Richard Rankin.

"I think Season 2 of #Outlander is going to be bloody brilliant," the actor who portrays the role of Roger Wakefield said on Twitter.

Sam Heughan, on the other hand, flew all the way to Australia to talk about the popularity of the show.

The second installment of "Outlander" will center on the attempt of Jamie Fraser (Heughan) and his wife Claire (Caitriona Balfe) to infiltrate the French royal court to sabotage the funds provided by King Louis XV of France to the fake Charles Stuart. This is so the couple could prevent the Jacobite rising.

According to spoilers, Jamie and Claire will have to delve into a world filled with a lot of deception and mind games to be able to succeed in their plans.

But despite the tough and risky job that Jamie and Claire have to do to save Scotland from the Jacobite risings, their relationship will go through a lot of tests, including Claire's pregnancy and childbirth.

A promo teaser released via Amazon Prime shows Claire discussing with Murtagh (Duncan Lacroix) how she learned about the Jacobite uprising. Claire tells him her secret about time travelling from the future.

Meanwhile, the titles for the upcoming episodes for "Outlander" season 2 have been released, including the pilot episode titled "Through a Glass, Darkly," where Jamie and Claire's first entry into the glamorous world of the French royalty will be seen. The second episode is called "Not in Scotland Anymore," while the third episode is titled "Useful Occupations and Deceptions."

Episodes 4 to 7 will be called "La Dame Blanche," "Untimely Resurrection," "Best Laid Schemes...," and "Faith."

Outlander season 2 premieres on Starz on April 9.
