Months before "Orphan Black" season 3 premieres, the anticipation for the upcoming danger in Sarah's life is already starting to build up.

Season 2 ended with Marion's (Michelle Forbes) revelation that a new set of militarized male clones will be created. This means that Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) and her own set of clones will have to face a new threat led by Rudy (Ari Millen), who is better known as Scarface.

"Orphan Black" executive producer John Fawcett teased about Rudy/ Scarface's presence in the third season of the hit sci-fi thriller.

"Rudy is a threat to the sisters ... Rudy is a dangerous character who is very, very smart and very ruthless and the guy's seen come action. He's a trained fighter," he said.

Scarface is described as one of the clones under Project Castor, the male counterpart of Sarah's Project Leda. He is far different from one of his clones, Mark, who married Gracie (Zoé De Grand Maison) in season 2. Millen said that this character is "probably a little unhinged, a little crazy ... he likes to get under people's skin and will just dig and just pick at you until you blow up and then he's won."

In a teaser trailer, shown during the BBC America's Television Critics Association event, Scarface is being confronted by Sarah inside a prison cell. By the looks of it, the male clone is trying to push Sarah out of her boundaries to get into her nerves by threatening her loved ones, particularly Kira. He also implies that she is working with the wrong people.

Joining them in the upcoming premiere episode of "Orphan Black" season 3 is actor James Frain of "Grimm" fame. He portrays the role of Ferdinand, another dodgy character who also poses a great threat to Sarah and her sisters.

"Orphan Black" season 3 returns on April 18 on BBC America.
