Despite having been announced in September last year, the release date of "One Punch Man" season 2 remains a mystery. While there are those who believe that the highly anticipated anime may not arrive earlier than spring next year, the latest rumors suggest that "One Punch Man" may just return to the small screen for its season 2 before the year ends.

There is no denying that "One Punch Man" season 2 is one of the most-anticipated TV events. Given the success that its first season enjoyed and the brand of entertainment only Saitama can offer, it is totally understandable why many are looking forward to the arrival of its next season. Unfortunately, though, despite the announcement of "One Punch Man" season 2 in September last year, it remains uncertain as to when it will really arrive.

However, according to recent reports, there is a good chance for "One Punch Man" season 2 to arrive earlier than expected. As it was reported last month that the anime already entered its production stage, it is now said that fans may not have to wait until 2018 to witness the bald superhero's comical adventures and display of power as "One Punch Man" season 2 may arrive later this November.

Meanwhile, apart from possibly arriving in November, it is also suspected that the upcoming season of the anime series will employ the "Hero Hunter" story arc from its manga and webcomic counterparts. In the event this turns out to be true, then it is likely for Garou, who has been long suspected to be "One Punch Man" season 2's big bad, to make an appearance in the next installment of the anime series and give Saitama a good fight. In fact, according to rumors, Garou will deliver Saitama's first-ever defeat in the anime series as he is the only one equipped with the strength and power who can withstand the bald superhero's iconic powerful one punch.

Will "One Punch Man" season 2 really arrive in November? Will it really feature Garou as its main antagonist?

Fans can only speculate for now.
