The official release date of the "Lords of the Fallen: Ancient Labyrinth" expansion pack was finally announced by CI Games. The game developer posted the news in its various social media accounts, reminding players that the new downloadable content that they teased fans about back in November will be available in most stores next week.

"Enter the Ancient Labyrinth and discover a new campaign in the long-forgotten library, locked away between the human and demonic realms millennia ago. Ancient Labyrinth will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC on March 3rd 2015 in Europe and March 4th in the US. #LordsAreComing," the Facebook announcement stated.

A report from Connected Digital World mentioned that the new "Ancient Labyrinth" DLC introduces an brand-new storyline that is situated in an ancient library that only exists in the middle of the human territory and the demonic realms.

The game developer also mentioned that in the new expansion pack, players can discover the hidden wilds of the Labyrinth and find some of its mysterious hiding places. They will also have to face brand-new enemies that were responsible for destroying human civilization, who they can defeat using their new set of weapons, armors, and shield.

"Players can expect the same challenging gameplay as fan-favorite Lords of the Fallen, but with more rewards for playing through multiple times and exploring every dark corner of the Ancient Labyrinth," the game developer's announcement stated.

Initially, the "Lords of the Fallen" DLC was expected to be launched sometime in January. However, the game studio decided to delay its release to give co-developer Deck 13 the opportunity to fix all the issues in the main game before the expansion pack is released.

The "Lords of the Fallen: Ancient Labyrinth" DLC pack will be launched in different platforms, including Steam, Xbox One and PSN Europe on March 3, while the U.S. PlayStation 4 release is scheduled on March 4.
