Jess (Zooey Deschanel) and her roommates will be visited by a stellar roster of guest stars in the upcoming one-hour episode of "New Girl" season 5.

The episode brings together "About a Boy" star David Walton, "The Walking Dead" star Sonequa Martin-Green, "Harold & Kumar" actor Kal Penn and "Scream Queens" actor Nasim Pedrad.

In the episode titled "Jeff Day/Helmet," Jess will create her male alter ego whom she will call "Jeff Day" so she can purchase a new car from a very sexist car salesman. But things will not work according to plan, because Nick (Jake Johnson) and Sam (Walton) will also drop by the car dealership to pretend that they are also Jeff Day.

Meanwhile, Winston (Lamorne Morris) decided to come with his new prankster girlfriend Rhonda (Martin-Green) to Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Cece's (Hannah Simone) wedding, which rattles the couple. Will Rhonda cause an unexpected scene at the wedding?

Later in the episode, Jess will confess to Cece that she had a sex dream about Nick despite her flourishing relationship with Sam. Schmidt will help Winston schedule a cat audition for his pet Ferguson after he learned that Aly (Pedrad) has a boyfriend (Penn) who works as a talent agent for pets.

The special one-hour episode is slated to air on Tuesday, April 19, on Fox.

Meanwhile, the network just announced that they are bringing back the comedy sitcom for season 6.

"Every network comedy should aspire to what Liz Meriwether is achieving in 'New Girl,' with its bravura dialogue, inventive and witty performances by the talented cast and emotionally engaging storytelling," Fox Broadcasting entertainment president David Madden said Tuesday (via Variety). "The series is as creatively strong today as it ever was, we want to congratulate 'New Girl' on reaching its milestone 100th episode, and we can't wait for the next subversive and hilarious chapter of these characters' lives."

The lead stars of the show are confirmed to return for the sixth season of Fox's long-running live-action comedy series.
