In almost any beta for any game, the common issue would usually include network or connection issues in the game. "Dragon Ball FighterZ" had a second beta before its release because of this same reason and now, "Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" is experiencing the same fate.
Publisher Bandai Namco recently had its first open beta for its eight-player "Naruto" game. "You experienced long waiting time[s] before matching with other players, and we identified the issues," reads the official announcement via a tweet. "Unfortunately, even with the different maintenances, we haven't been able to fix the issues."
That said, Bandai Namco has decided to give another open beta schedule. However, there's no exact date for it just yet. Players can presumably expect the same features for the second beta but this time, of course, with better connection or lesser network issues.
It is quite ironic for these issues to happen since the developers aimed to show their loyal fans through this open beta that they have their own servers. Nevertheless, while they were able to show these to them, the stability of the servers is another story — a story that they know they have to fix.
"Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" is set to release within this year, 2018. It will be out for the PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One and PC and is actually the first "Naruto" game with at least eight players. Although not all eight characters will be out at the same time, the game works by putting a team of four characters against another team of four.
Each of the four characters has his or her own roles and thus should not just be chosen for the sake of choosing — at least if the player wants to be successful in the game. The roles are Attack, Ranged, Defense and Heal. While players can choose characters from the series, they can even make their own new character for the very first time.
