Popular series "Mr. Robot" took the world by storm when it released its first season back in 2015. It became popular enough that they had been granted renewals for season 2 and the recently concluded season 3. Now, the series has also been granted again another renewal for season 4.

The news was released just before the finale of season 3 a few days ago, as per Variety. The news of a season 4 might not come as a surprise to fans, however, it is definitely better than seeing the series just get canceled without a proper ending. The series has taken several plot twists and turns that fans just need a proper ending.

Elliot Anderson (Rami Malek) is still bent on taking down that 1 percent of the population that seemingly "controls" the world which he so despised since season 1. Two seasons have passed and more and more revelations are being made. As for season 4, fans only have a vague idea of what is to come given the mysterious figure in season 3's finale. Fans will just have to watch the upcoming installment for themselves if they want to know who this person is.

Show's creator Sam Esmail was recently interviewed by Deadline regarding the issues in the series as well some hints for the fourth season. "Integration" was the word Esmail used to describe season 4. Given its definition, it might finally be the last season for the series, wrapping up all the questions that fans have.

In the interview, Esmail discussed a bit about what happens to the characters or how they are after season 3. The interview contains a lot of spoilers for those who have not watched it yet. There were a few revelations that are quite big, so it is best to watch season 3 before reading the interview.

As for when season 4 will be out, a rough estimate could be mid to late next year, as it has always been for the past seasons. However, no official release date has been set yet.
