Actress Hayley Atwell will have to take her character out of New York to work on a special case in Los Angeles when "Marvel's Agent Carter" returns for season 2.

Based on the special limited edition poster that was made for the show's exhibit in the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con 2015, Atwell's Peggy Carter is heading to the West. But she will not go to Hollywoodland alone since Jarvis (James D'Arcy) is also seen beside Peggy in the new "Agent Carter" season 2 poster.

In an interview with the Entertainment Weekly, series executive producer Michele Fazekas discussed the new location of the show, saying, "There's a case that goes beyond what the LAPD or normal local police would be able to handle that falls into their purview."

Co-producer Tara Butters also shared that moving the set location of the series provides a whole new look for the show. Butters also said that Hollywood offers an entirely different texture to the second season of "Marvel's Agent Carter."

"In Los Angeles, you have the spectacular wealth, glamour and beauty right next to the grit and crime — often right up against each other," Fazekas explained. "We're very much being inspired by Noir films."

Fazekas also mentioned that Jarvis' involvement with Peggy in the show's upcoming second season came easy since they moved to Hollywood. The producer admitted that bringing Jarvis back was a challenge since he is not an agent. But when Peggy had to travel to Los Angeles, the writers found a way to incorporate the character organically in the story.

Aside for D'Arcy, Enver Gjokaj is also confirmed to be returning to the show next season as Agent Sousa. There are also reports claiming that season 1 cast members Chad Michael Murray, Bridget Regan, and Lyndsy Fonesca are in talks to reprise their roles as Agent Thompson, Dottie Underwood, and Angie Martinelli next season.

"Marvel's Agent Carter" season 2 is slated to air on ABC in early 2016 as part of the network's midseason line-up.
