'Married at First Sight' season 4 premiere: Casting begins while 3 experts exit show

Casting for "Married at First Sight" season 4 begins. FYI

Casting for "Married at First Sight" season 4 has officially commenced. FYI is now on the lookout for a brand new set of men and women looking for love.

Three sets of strangers will once again be paired by experts based on their interests and personalities. Those interested to join can check out the network's casting call here.

Notably, there's a lot riding on the experts' pairings this year.Over the course of "Married at First Sight," only three couples stayed together, all belonging to the first two seasons. There have been nine couples who have joined the social experiment so far.

The only couple who chose to stay together in "Married at First Sight" season 3 – Tres Russell and Vanessa Nelson – ended up breaking up within six months after the season ended.

"Things just fell apart," Vanessa admitted in the "Married at First Sight" season 3 reunion special. "We stopped being physically intimate," she went on to explain.

She continued that Tres told her he had "no romantic feelings" for his now-former wife. Tres added that the intimacy "just died" and that Vanessa started to get insecure.

Nick Bowlus and Sam Role, who chose to end their marriage, have become good friends since the show ended. They did not communicate after the finale but they did manage to work things out.

Ashley Doherty and David Norton stuck by their decision to stay single, although the latter did admit that he did not expect that things will be the way they were when he signed up for the six-week marriage.

Fans are now looking forward to "Married at First Sight" season 4. Things will be a bit different with three out of four experts no longer returning on the show.

It seems that psychologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz is the only one returning, unless of course she follows the footsteps of her colleagues, who are off to new endeavors. It looks like "Married at First Sight" season 4 will be looking for a new set of experts as well.
