The marriage between former Playboy cover girl Kendra Wilkinson and former NFL star Hank Baskett had been on the rocks since reports broke out about Hank's alleged affair with a transwoman. However, recent developments to be featured in the upcoming episode of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" season 5 will reveal another secret that will definitely shake their relationship some more.

In the sneak peek obtained by E! News for tonight's episode of "Marriage Booth Camp" season 5, a surprising lie detector test result suggests that the Wilkinson-Baskett household is tainted with infidelity.

In the trailer, resident marriage counselors Jim and Elizabeth Carroll hand out the results of the lie detector test that the celebrities took to prove their honesty to their respective partners. In the case of the Basketts, the camp directors only have one result to hand out since Hank refused to take the test. While Kendra appears to be irritated when she finds out that her husband dodged the test, Hank is obviously more than surprised when he learns about Kendra's result.

Elizebeth reminded Kendra about one of the questions during the lie detector test.

"Kendra, have you ever thought about cheating on Hank?" Elizabeth asked. "You answered, 'no.' The lie detector said, 'deception indicated'."

Will this cause another big blow to their marriage?

Late last year, rumors about Hank's infidelity surfaced when a voice recording between him and a transsexual model named Ava London went viral while Kendra was still pregnant with their second child. The former NFL star is still persistently denying the rumors and maintains his innocence regarding the cheating allegations.

If Kendra did consider cheating on her husband, will Hank forgive her for it?

"Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" season 5 episode 11 will air tonight, 9 p.m. at WeTV.
