'Love & Hip Hop' season 4 season finale wins Monday's ratings game

Will Joseline Hernandez follow Stevie J to Los Angeles? VH1

VH1 had a huge hit once again as the season 4 finale of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" topped the ratings game.

According to the report from Zap2it's TV By The Numbers gathered from Nielsen Media Research, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season 4 finale ended in the number one spot for all TV shows that was aired on Aug. 17 among women between ages of 18-49 as well as women aged 18-34. It was also hailed as the number one cable TV show among adults aged 19-49.

This resulted to the 2.3 rating that the spin-off series earned among adults 18-49 (for Live and Same Day telecast), and it was watched by more than 3.3 million total viewers. If combined with the series' encore telecasts at 10 p.m. and 12 midnight, at least 5.3 million total viewers reportedly watched its controversial season 4 ending.

Viewers have seen how Stevie J. asked his former lover and baby mama Mimi Faust to move with him to Los Angeles with their daughter Eva, despite the previous jealousy streak of his current wife Joseline Hernandez. The music producer allegedly wanted to make peace with all of his family, and he wanted to be with all of them.

But while Mimi agreed that it would be best for Eva to grow up with her dad around her, she was still contemplating if she would give in to his proposal.

"Moving to LA will be great for MF management and will be awesome for Eva to be close to her father. But what am not going to do is to deal with Stevie and Joseline on a daily basis. That is not a great selling point for me," Mimi shared.

Meanwhile, Joseline was obviously hurt when her former BFF Karlie Redd told her that her husband invited Mimi to Los Angeles. She downplayed everything on Karlie, and even told her that all she ever did was to come up with rumors just to hurt her. When Joseline started to physically hurt Karlie, she yelled at the Puerto Rican hip hop singer that she will end up alone because nobody really likes her.

The episode ended with Stevie J. settling in Los Angeles, and Joseline had yet to read the letter left by Stevie before he pushed through with the big move.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season 4 will return for a special two-part reunion episode on Monday, Aug. 24, and it will wrap up on Aug. 31.
