'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' season 4 reunion special update: Mimi gets unlikely ally in Joseline?

 VH1

As expected, drama unfolded during the first part of the reunion special of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season 4.

The highest rating reality show from VH1 once again dominated the time slot when it defeated "WWE SummerSlam 2015" in the top spot for the adults 18-49 demographics. This could be a result of all the scandals and controversies that a typical reunion episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" normally features.

For the first part of season 4's reunion special, viewers were surprised to see Joseline Hernandez defending Mimi Faust, despite the current tension between them that was caused by Stevie J.'s plans to bring her and their daughter to Los Angeles.

Reunion host Nina Parker asked the feisty Puerto Rican beauty about her thoughts regarding Mimi's current situation with her other ex-boyfriend Nikko Smith, who is bugging her to give him a percentage from the book sales of her recently released memoir. According to the hip hop singer/dancer, Mimi should never agree to give him a single cent for the book since he had no contribution on it.

"He didn't do nothing. Who the [expletive] is he?" Joseline said.

Her insults did not stop there. According to the controversial reality show star, the rumors about Nikko's homosexuality might be true because he still does not have a child of his own. Aside from Nikko, his ex-wife Margaux also received several nasty words from Stevie J.'s wife. Could this mean that Mimi found an unlikely ally in her long-time frenemy?

However, contrary to Joseline ready to pick up a fight in the reunion special, Margaux already had her plans to avoid being dragged in any physical brawl before the episode was aired. In an interview with VH1, Margaux said that she knows how crazy things can get during a reunion special of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta."

"For me it's like whatever, I don't care if someone punches me in the face, I just hope they show my shoes or something," she said.

The drama does not end in a single episode since more controversies will be unveiled in the second part of the reunion special that will air on Sunday, Aug. 30.
