Aksys Games Localization Inc. announced that it will release a new game titled "Little Dragons Café," created by "Harvest Moon" / "Story of Seasons" creator Yasuhiro Wada, in summer.

According to Gematsu, the plot of the game opens with a twin brother and sister who are learning how to cook and manage a café under the guidance of their mother. Everything was going well for their little family until one morning, the twins discover that their mother has fallen into a deep sleep with no way of waking up. Just when they were about to lose hope, a strange old man appears mysteriously, informing them that to save their mother from the sleep that has taken her, they must raise a dragon. The twins will then be working together with three café employees managing their family's café while at the same time, raising a dragon to save their sleeping mother.

According to Polygon, the following are the key features of the game — dragon husbandry, culinary capitalism, growing produce and serving the people. As mentioned earlier, players will have to engage in dragon husbandry — raising a dragon — by making wise decisions; by ensuring that the dragon will be fed and at the same time, have the proper nutrition it deserves; and by caring and nurturing the dragon as one would a child. While rearing a dragon, players will also have to manage the family's café by learning new recipes, mastering the art of cooking, exploring the world, discovering new ingredients, expanding the café's menu, as well as the café itself and catering to customers' whims.

Moreover, as part of café management, players will have to find the freshest ingredients possible and the best way to ensure the quality and freshness of the ingredients is to personally grow produce and fish in the rivers. And since managing a café requires socializing with patrons, players will have to cook for their neighbors and help them solve their respective problems as well to increase the twins' popularity and the happiness of the café's customer.

"Little Dragons Café" will release for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in late summer.
