LG G3 specs: LG Isai FL expected to be next flagship phone outside Japan

Will the LG G3 be based on the LG Isai FL?

The device made exclusively for the Japanese market is being tipped to release as the LG G3 outside of Japan.

The device was named LG Isai and was made for the Japanese telecom company KDDI.  The specifications were basically the same as what went on to become the LG G2.

Speculation that LG will similarly re-release this year's LG Isai FL as the LG G3 for international markets has been compounded by images shared by Twitter tipster @evleaks purporting to be show the front and back panels of the LG Isai FL in white and a bold pink.

The images were accompanied by some specs, including a 5.5-inch LCD screen and quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor running Android 4.4 KitKat, a 3000mAh battery and 32GB of storage and 2GB RAM.  The storage can be increased with a microSD card.

A quad-HD resolution display has been confirmed previously by LG but other rumors include a 13-megapixel rear camera and 2.1-megapixel frontfacing camera - although the @evleaks images don't appear to show any frontfacing camera.  It may run 4.4.2 KitKat and come with 640dpi.

The launch date of the LG G3 and LG Isai FL have not been confirmed yet.
