'Killer Instinct' DLC: Mira officially arriving tomorrow

"Killer Instinct" developer Iron Galaxy has released a new trailer showcasing the deadly abilities of Mira, the latest character to be added in the game's lineup. The clip, which runs for almost two minutes, does a good job of demonstrating that the ferocious vampiress is not one to trifle with.

"They dug me from the rubble, the very things I came to kill. They honored me — I was worthy of their power. And oh... what power it is," Mira says in the trailer as she prepares to make her wrath felt. Mira effortlessly put fighters Jago, Thunder and Orchid to sleep in the trailer.

But the trailer ultimately revealed that her arrival in "Killer Instinct" paved the way for her and her beloved sister to see face to face once more in what players can imagine is a bloody reunion.

The trailer also gave fans a good look at Mira's costume coming to "Killer Instinct," with the clip heavily showing her love for spikes, which she wears on her arms, shoulders and torso. She also wears claw-like caps on her fingers that make it look like she has talons for hands.

Following Tusk's footsteps, Mira will officially land on "Killer Instinct" tomorrow, April 27 for Ultra/Supreme Edition owners. No pricing has been determined yet, but players can expect Mira to come with a $5 price tag, the standard price for standalone characters.

The metallic-blooded fighter can also be purchased together with seven more characters including Rash, Arbiter, Kim Wu and Tusk in the "Killer Instinct" Season 3 Combo Breaker pack for $19.99. Those who have the pack will have to wait for Iron Galaxy's announcement of Mira's availability.

As for the next character coming to "Killer Instinct," rumor has it that the villainous General Raam from "Gears of War" will be the next fighter to make an entrance.
