More than 20 years after the first "Jurassic Park" film was launched on the big screen, a new installment of the film's franchise is slated to be released in 2015.

The trailer for the new sequel titled "Jurassic World" was released recently, and fans of the first three films as well as new moviegoers are treated with vivid visual images showing a decade-old fictional theme park located in an isolated island somewhere in the coastal area of Central America called Isla Nublar that centers on dinosaur-laden attractions.

Based on the video teaser, visitors of the Jurassic World theme park are given an exceptional experience of hanging out with ancient gigantic creatures. But the theme park's management seems to be working on a new project that aims to provide a new attraction for the aging tourist destination.

The teaser also shows a team of scientists headed by a leader named Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) creating a new genetically engineered species of hybrid dinosaur to add a new attraction. The team manages to successfully create a new gigantic creature that they call the Diabolus Rex, or D-Rex, but they are not prepared for the consequences that comes along with their genetically modified creature. Could the park's on-site staff Owen (Chris Pratt) help save everyone on the island once the D-Rex wreaks havoc?

Aside from the trailer, Universal Pictures also put up the jurassicworld.com website that fans can visit to get more information about the fictional theme park. It functions just like a real theme park website, complete with a Park Map, Events schedule, as well as the list of Dinosaurs that inhabit the area.

The "Jurassic World" movie will also star Vincent D'Onofrio as the CFO of the group that owns the theme park, and Irrfan Khan who will portrays the role of Simon Masrani, the owner of Jurassic World and the Masrani Corporation.

The fourth installment of the "Jurassic Park" movie franchise is directed by Colin Trevorrow, and Steven Spielberg returns as "Jurassic World's" executive producer. It is scheduled to be shown on June 12 next year.
