The pregnancy rumors involving siblings Jill Duggar-Dillard and Jessa Duggar-Seewald continue as they conclude the first season of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On."

During the finale of their reality show, the sisters claimed that they are both looking forward to having another child soon.

Jill is already a mother to her one-year-old son with husband Derick Dillard, Israel David. Meanwhile, Jessa has a six-month-old son with husband Ben Seewald named Spurgeon Elliot. But it seems like Jim Bob and Michelle's daughters are planning to have more children in their family soon.

While sitting in front of cameras, the producers of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" asked them who they think will first get pregnant for the second time.

"It's hard to say," Jessa said while throwing a smile to her sister. But Jill believes that they could possibly welcome their second child at the same time. "But to say who will be first, well Israel is older... so we will see," Jill said, as reported by People.

But aside from giving birth to their next offspring, the Duggar sisters also discussed adoption during the series. They said that they both want to provide an opportunity for some orphans to be cared for by a loving family.

During the show, the sisters revealed that visiting orphanages had been a bittersweet experience for them especially when kids tell them that they only want to have a chance to have parents.

"You just want to take them all home," Jessa said in front of the camera.

Meanwhile, Jill claims that she has a soft spot for adoption since her mother-in-law was also adopted. But rumors about her pregnancy continue to exist since her husband Derick teased that David Israel could possibly have a biological sibling soon.

"I feel like we will have another child," Derick told the cameras. "I just don't know how. It will probably be a naturalized citizen of the family."

However, Jill said that she is not yet pregnant at the moment.
