It appears like Liv Moore (Rose McIver) will face a little difficulty in the upcoming episode of "iZombie" season 2.

Based on the trailer for the episode titled "Physician, Heal Thy Selfie," Liv will help Clive Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) and Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli) investigate a series of homicides involving three victims. But Liv will have little energy during the investigation since she has not eaten anything for quite a while.

When she learns that there are multiple victims in their new case, Liv suddenly lights up a little since she can finally have enough supply of brains for her next meal. But she immediately becomes disappointed when they arrive on the crime scene, since the bodies of the murder victims are missing their heads.

According to the synopsis for the upcoming episode, "Detective Babineaux and Liv are investigating a triple homicide, and Liv is shocked to learn that the victims' bodies are missing their heads. A very hungry Liv is forced to consume the brain of an unfortunate social media hungry soul who was recently run over by a bus. Meanwhile, Peyton (guest star Aly Michalka) leans on Ravi for support, and things get interesting when Blaine's (David Anders) worlds start to collide."

This means that the upcoming episode will also delve into Blaine's ordeal, after Seattle police officers discovered his real identity. Because of this, the drug dealer-turned-zombie will have to lie low to avoid calling attention to himself.

Meanwhile, fans are also looking forward to know more about Major Lilywhite (Robert Buckley) after the startling reveal in the previous episode titled "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter." Liv's ex-fiancé barely covered his tracks before Clive and Ravi found out who the real Chaos Killer is, but it does not mean that he is already off the hook.

The next episode of "iZombie" airs on Tuesday, Feb. 9, on The CW.
