A wide-range of new smartphones is coming soon, and the public needs all the information they can get before purchasing a new gadget in the days to come.
The official Apple website teased that they will reveal something big on Sept. 9. Many believe that the news will be about the much awaited release of iPhone 6, which could happen after 10 days or less.
On the other hand, Samsung will not let Apple get ahead in the smartphone battle, as the Korean company unveiled in its IFA 2014 press conference that they are already planning to release the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phablet next month. According to gadget watchers, the Note 4 provides a preview of all the features present in their equally anticipated Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone that is expected to be available in 2015.
Here is a rundown of the features of the latest smartphones from two of the leading gadget companies in the world:
Apple iPhone 6
Rumor has it that Apple will release two versions of the iPhone 6 this year. One will sport a smaller 4.7-inch screen while the bigger one has a 5.5-inch screen. It is said to be the biggest iPhone version ever released, which is said to be the company's answer to the bigger smartphones from Samsung.
Some of the alleged details about the iPhone 6 include having a sapphire crystal display to make it scratch-resistant as well as a curved screen and thinner bezels for a sleeker design.
The iPhone 6 will also run using iOS 8.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
The October release of Galaxy Note 4 was recently announced by Samsung during the company's event at the 2014 IFA in Germany. It will feature a 5.7 AMOLED display with over 500ppi. It will also have a 2.5D glass for an amazing floating effect.
The latest phablet from the Korean company will run with Android 4.4 Kitkat. It will also have a 26-megapixel camera that will allow users to shoot blur-free, clearer images with LED flash.
Samsung Galaxy S6
There are very little rumors about the specs of Samsung Galaxy S6 at the moment, but gadget experts are speculating that its features are somehow similar to the Galaxy Note 4.
Other reports are saying that the S6 will have the best processor in the market, which is probably the 805 or even the 810 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
The price range for these smartphones has not been released as of the moment.
