Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) students are obviously tensed as they prepare to see her back in court in the next episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 2.

In a sneak peek at episode 11, all of the members of the "Keating 5" except Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch) are present to support their professor during her first court appearance after Wes shot her in the stomach. But they are not sure if they should really be there in the first place.

"Did she specifically ask for us to come?" Michaela Pratt (Aja Naomi King) asks in the trailer. Annalise's assistant Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil) answers that since this will her first case back, she will naturally need her students to help her.

Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) and Asher Millstone (Matt McGorry) arrive without Wes, which makes Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza) worried. Bonnie reassures them that everything is going to be all right, and Frank Delfino (Charlie Weber) just tells them to "be nice" to Annalise, but "not too nice" since their professor will never like that.

Then Annalise arrives, but she never pays attention to any of her students. This prompts Michaela to believe that their professor really hates them, and Connor says that he feels the same for her.

Falahee recently teased the group's divided feelings about Annalise in the upcoming episodes of the critically acclaimed courtroom drama thriller.

"Everyone is reacting to Annalise's crazy in very different ways and I think in ways that the audience will find shocking for some," the actor told E! News during the aTVfest at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. "And through that, different leaders begin to emerge within the group...it's pretty messy."

Meanwhile, the next episode will also provide answers about Annalise's past which she has been attempting to hide.

Executive producer Pete Nowalk recently shared that a huge part of the second half of the season will focus on Annalise's past.

"Obviously we don't know a lot about her past, but we're going to be flashing back to 10 years ago and revealing a big part of her past. So we'll see Sam again. We'll see other characters from our show from 10 years ago. I don't want to say who. It's her past coming back to haunt her," Nowalk told Entertainment Weekly.

"How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 episode 11 airs Thursday, Feb. 18, on ABC.
