'GTA 6' rumors: Maps to be combined to form one big map?

The never-ending rumors about "Grand Theft Auto 6" continue to proliferate despite the lack of word from Rockstar Games.

A Reddit user named VermillionDemonFox claimed that "GTA 6" will be released with a relatively new map. According to the user's leaked report, the sixth major installment of the popular "GTA" series will include several GTA maps combined to have one continuous world map.

The leaked information also mentioned that the map will feature San Andreas in the southwest, while Las Venturas will be included as a part of the San Andreas territory.

On the right portion of Las Venturas, the popular Vice City can be seen, while Liberty City can be seen on top of it. Both cities are known as the most popular locations in the video game franchise.

The leaked information agreed with the earlier statement of game producer Leslie Benzies, who told Digital Trends that they are planning to come up with a massive map for the game. "Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas," Benzies said.

Meanwhile, other rumors claimed that "GTA 6" will support teleporting. According to the reports, the new feature in "GTA 6" will let players teleport from one place to another.

But perhaps the biggest rumor about "GTA 6" mentioned that the game will have a female protagonist. Based on reports, actress Eva Mendez will lend her voice to the possible lead character of the upcoming game. Her longtime boyfriend Ryan Gosling is also believed to be part of the next installment of the bestselling video game franchise.

However, Rockstar Games has yet to confirm if any of the rumors are true.
