Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is being pressured to make a decision about Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers) fate in episode 6 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.

The sneak peek for the episode titled "Roar" revealed that Bailey is worried about Alex since Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) forced her to kick him out of the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital staff after he almost killed Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti).

It seems like Bailey is weighing all her options about Alex's case, but Catherine wants her to decide already, or she would be the one to make the decision. However, it also appears like Alex is ready to accept whatever decision will be made about his career, even if it means that he will lose his job.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode also claimed that a familiar face will drop by the hospital, and its presence will throw "many of the doctors for a loop." While the synopsis that was posted on The Futon Critic did not reveal the name of the character who will drop by for a visit, promo images revealed that Leah Murphy (Tessa Ferrer) will be the one to cause another trouble in the upcoming episode.

Leah was last seen in season 10. Fans could remember her as Arizona Robbins' (Jessica Capshaw) former love interest. Since Arizona is already single after Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) left for New York City, there could be a chance that Leah returned to resume their relationship.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode reads: "A familiar face returns to Grey Sloan, throwing many of the doctors for a loop. With Catherine putting on the pressure, Bailey has to make a decision about Alex while a tough ER case makes Amelia's (Caterina Scorsone) bad day even worse."

The upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 is scheduled to air on ABC on Thursday, Oct. 27.
