
The list of performers for the prestigious 57th Annual Grammy Awards has been released, fueling the excitement of music lovers all over the world.
CBS released the roster of talents who will grace the Grammy stage this year, including the multi-awarded singer and producer Pharrell Williams. He is currently one of the leading the artists this year, with six nominations under his belt. He will be joined by some of the hottest performers today.
One of the artists mentioned to perform at the Staples Center is Sam Smith, who earned six nominations this year, including the Record of the Year for "Stay With Me" and Album of the Year for his album titled "In The Lonely Hour."
A song production from John Legend and Common is also recently included in the lineup of Grammy performances this year. The duo will perform the Oscar-nominated song "Glory" from the movie Selma.
Another collaborative performance will be presented by country superstar Miranda Lambert and hip hop hotshot Usher. Their surprise performance is one of the most awaited parts of the upcoming awards night.
Just like Smith, other first time Grammy performers include Ariana Grande, Eric Church, and legendary Australian hard rock band AC/DC.
Earlier reports mentioned that Ed Sheeran will also perform during this year's Grammys. Sheeran is nominated for Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, as well as Best Song Written for Visual Media for "I See Fire."
Another headliner for this year's Grammy performance is Madonna, who is set to heat up the stage once again with her jaw-dropping performance.
This year's Grammy Awards catapulted Beyonce as the most nominated female artist in the history of the musical awards show. With six nominations added under her cap including Album of the Year, Beyonce now has a total of 52 Grammy Award nominations.
The 57th Annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live from the Staples Center on Feb. 8.
