The Penguin's family drama will be the center of the new episode of "Gotham" season 2.

According to the synopsis for the episode titled "Wrath of the Villains: Prisoners," Penguin/Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) will have more chances of being closer to his long-lost father Elijah Van Dahl (Paul Reubens). But this will not sit well with his stepfamily, especially with his stepmother, Grace Van Dahl (Melinda Clarke).

Based on the trailer for the upcoming episode, Grace and her son Charles Van Dahl (Justin Mark) and daughter Sasha Van Dahl (Kaley Ronayne) will warn Elijah against Penguin's real identity. They will even show him a newspaper headline which mentions that he is a notorious killer and explain that he could either kill or rape one of them. But the Van Dahl patriarch seems unfazed by the information.

The promo trailer also reveals that Sasha seems to have a plan against Penguin, since one of the scenes shows that she will try to seduce her ruthless stepbrother. However, the Penguin does not seem to be pleased with her advances. Is she really attracted to Oswald or is she planning to set up a trap for him?

Meanwhile, Jim Gordon's (Ben McKenzie) seems to be in trouble himself in the upcoming episode. Instead of the usual brave and composed persona, Gordon seems to be worried about his safety behind bars.

Ben appears to be uncomfortable after his protective custody has been lifted in prison. His partner, Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto), will try to boost his mood.

"You're a fighter Jim. Don't let this beat you," Harvey says in the trailer. But can Gordon stay safe even as an entire mob of inmates attempts to hurt him in the upcoming episode?

"Gotham" season 2 episode 16 airs Monday, March 28, on Fox.
