The truth about Hayden Barnes' (Rebecca Budig) identity will be unveiled in this week's episodes of "General Hospital."

Spoilers claim that Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will once again use his investigative skills after Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) hired him to look into Hayden's shady past. The Jackal will uncover vital information about a woman named Naomi Dreyfus, who seems to have the same description as Hayden.

Damien will test his discovery by shouting Naomi's name near Hayden, and will get the confirmation needed when Nikolas Cassadine's (Tyler Christopher) wife suddenly becomes uncomfortable after hearing the name.

But it seems like Damien will not be the only one to learn about Hayden's secret, after Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) accidentally hears her talking to herself about Naomi at the Wyndemere mansion. She will confront her about it, but Hayden will try to get off the hook by accusing her of making up stories to ruin her new marriage with Nikolas. But will Hayden keep her secret connection with Naomi from her husband for long to prevent it from destroying their relationship?

Also, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will finally learn the results of her lab tests this week. But despite her belief that she will die soon, her sister-in-law Monica (Leslie Charleson) will try to reassure her that she is nowhere near the end of her life and will advise her to take some rest.

But Tracy will not believe her and will tiptoe out of her hospital bed to catch Monica talking to her son Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) about her condition.

Tracy's other son Ned Ashton (Wallace Kurth) will return to Port Charles after his half-brother Dillon calls him because of their mother's medical condition. But their worries will soon be over, after the lab tests comes out with a favorable results.

However, Tracy's case will require the help of a new doctor name Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who will find the cure for her disease.

"General Hospital" airs weekdays on ABC.
