A celebration will happen in episode 3 of "Finding Carter" season 2. According to the synopsis posted on TV Guide for the episode titled "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," it's Joan (Meredith Baxter) and Buddy's (Robert Pine) anniversary, and the Wilsons will commemmorate the event. Max (Alex Saxon) will also have some celebration of his own after finding a new job. But according to the synopsis, the job is handed to him by an unlikely source.

But can the family celebrate properly after everything that was revealed in the past episode?

Previously, Lori (Milena Govich) and David (Alexis Denisof) separately admitted that they had an affair in the past. Lori talked about it during her interrogation, while David told his version of the truth to Carter (Kathryn Prescott). But they have different versions of the story to begin with.

According to Lori, David told her before that he would leave his wife Elizabeth (Cynthia Watros) and bring Carter and her twin sister Taylor (Anna Jacoby-Heron) to live with her.

But according to David's version of the story, Lori was never interested in the twins. He also told Carter that he should be the one to tell Elizabeth about the old affair. However, when David and Carter reached the police department to tell Elizabeth the truth, she already heard Lori's version during the interrogation.

How will Elizabeth react after hearing everything? Will this affect her already complicated relationship with David?

Also, the new admission from Lori and David seems to somewhat change the way Carter views her abductor. After finding out that her biological father promised a life with the person who she thought was her real mom before learning that she was abducted by her when she was little, Carter seems to be warming up to her again.

"Finding Carter" season 2 episode 3 airs on April 14.
