Final Fantasy 15 release date finally revealed

Final Fantasy XV

New details about the release of Final Fantasy 15 have been announced by Square Enix, the Japanese video game developer who created the hugely popular game.

According to the developer, the release date for Final Fantasy is scheduled in March 2015. It will be launched in the market together with Kingdom Hearts 2.5 and 3.

The game was initially scheduled to be released this year in different gaming console formats like PC, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4. Yet the developer faced multiple challenges, causing them to postpone the big launch until 2015.

Square Enix CEO Yosuka Matsuda stated that they are improving the game to reach the expectations of its loyal fan base.

The company recently shared its fiscal results for the year ending in March 3. The results showed that the company's performance remained positive despite the dip in the game sales forecast of 12 million from 17.2 million from last year. This is somewhat a surprise yet the fact that the company still has not released the lineup for their games for the new fiscal year ending in March ignites speculations that they are not looking forward to anything major this year and they are cooking something big for the games line-up in March next year.

If Final Fantasy 15 will be launched together with the two versions of Kingdom Hearts, it means that the Japanese developer is doing extra work to be able to come up with a huge opening on the scheduled date.

The characters from Kingdom Hearts is known to cross over frequently in Final Fantasy world, that is why avid fans of the games are speculating that the launch will make a big buzz in the gaming world.

Fans who have attended the recently concluded E3 last June and the ongoing gamescom 2014 in Cologne, Germany are treated with the highly-anticipated trailer for the game.
