This means that the new season may finally interconnect the show and the mini web-series "Flight 462," which follows a group of distressed and uniquely strange passengers on board an aircraft initially not allowed to fly.
For those who are not in the know, a character from "Flight 462" was promised to appear in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2. There's no word on who that person will be but it looks like this plotline will finally be explored in the new season.
It is also unclear how the "Flight 462" character will be thrown into the mix with Travis and his family but with an airplane hovering over the Pacific Ocean now hints that there will be some sort of shakeup soon. Fans will remember that residents chose an airplane as their refuge in the first season's finale.
